Pumpkin Patch

{October 19, 2010}
Ryan's preschool class had a field trip at the Pumpkin Patch.
Ryder and I came along for the ride.
Nat and Taycee came too.

I thought that Ryan would LOVE it.
After all he loves to go to school everyday.
He was happy for about 10 minutes and then he had to line up with his class.
Which apparently he didn't want to do...
so he ran over to this tractor and was mad and wouldn't come with his class.
I had to drag him to the hay ride and he cried the whole way.
"I hate tractors" he was yelling.
Which is weird because he loves tractors.

Ryan finally cheered up a little.
The boys loved the maze and when they didn't know which way to go they would jump over the wall.
We decorated pumpkins and had lunch with Ryan's class.

I tried so hard to get a good picture
(both boys looking at the camera)
 but no such luck.
They still are cute though!

Ryan will tell you that he loves the pumpkin patch.
Go figure?

The Slide

We decided that we didn't want to wait until Christmas to get the boys something to play on in the backyard.
Especially with how awesome the weather has been.
And somehow I ended up taking a million pictures of the boys and couldn't narrow them down:).

This is about how Ryder looks at my camera all of the time...
he doesn't!

They pull the funniest faces all the time!

ryder jack

{October 14, 2010}
::18 months::
35 3/4 inches 97%
24 lbs 25%
This little dude is now 18 months.
He goes to nursery, and LOVES it!
He walks straight into daycare at the gym.
He understands most things we tell or ask him.
He has been teething, one cuspid down three to go.
He loves his blankees, and thinks he needs four of them at once.
He hates putting shoes on, but doesn't seem to mind them once they are on.
He loved following the big kids around trick r treating.
He is still pretty mellow.
He does throw little tantrums by putting his face on the floor.
But he usually calms right down.
If he hits he has to go to the corner, which he does really well.
And he is also very sweet when he is done in the corner.
He is starting to not love ryan mauling him, he fights back a little bit.
But they do love playing together most of the time.
And I am very grateful for that.
He really is a sweetheart.

Love you Ryder Boy!

Pumpkins

Natalie and I thought it would be fun to do some pumpkin carving...

The dads carved
Ryan colored
The babies played
The moms watched.
Good times!

 Thanks Ty and Scott!
Great job on the pumpkins.
(can you tell these two are in dental school?)

A HUGE thank you to my wonderful Grandma who totally outdid herself again this year on the costumes.
Love you Grandma.
You truly are the best!!
(and I really am going to try and get better pictures, but that is what I said last year and it never happened)
