grandpa o. has discovered a great activity for us.
the lowes workshops.  
this week ryan and i made a bird house. 


{a little girl at the workshop named aurora, (her sisters were named belle and ariel i am not kidding, neither were they!) came over to help ryan.  she said "see these marks on the wood,  try not to scar the wood with the hammer." i thought to myself you little disney princess...he is only three years old and if the nail ends up in the wood, that's all i can ask for! she actually was really nice but still}  


the roof started to look like an airplane as we were building it. when we put the whole thing together he wanted to take it apart to have an airplane.  i told him when the birds eat all the seed we would take it apart.  unfortunately the birds haven't even found our little house.
maybe i should take it down and turn it into an airplane now.
he would be much more excited about that!

it is hanging from a red sox shoe lace.  
it's good luck.
we have a feeling that the red sox will start winning their games now.
