Thanks again Aunt Linley.
The boys love their shirts.

Aunt Brookey's Baby

{November 1, 2010)
We were lucky to be in St. George when our cousin was born.
Brooke was kind enough to let me be in the delivery room...
my official job was taking pictures.
I loved every minute.
It brought back so many memories of having my own babies.
To read the whole labor story go here.

Brody's room turned out adorable!!

Trick or Treating

We started trick or treating in the Springs.
Then we went over to Grandpa and Grandma O's.
Amy took the boys to a few houses.
Then Allan and Misti came by.
Briggs was the cutest little Lion EVER!

I took Ryan back to Grandpa O.
They were going to sleep in the new trailer.
Ryan told Grandpa to wait outside while he went and hugged Grandma.
Grandpa waited about 20 minutes and went inside to find Ryan playing.
Turns out Ryan didn't want to sleep outside.
Maybe next time.

Toy Story Party

Cass wanted to have a Toy Story Birthday Party.
We all dressed up.
Me:Jessie
Ryan:Woody
Ryder:Buzz
Cass:Hamm
Heather:Tour Guide Barbie
Mom:Barbie
Dad:Ken
I think Cass had a great time.
She had a lot of friends come too.
We played games, had pizza and ice cream cake and then went trick or treating.

Emily and David were so sweet to come all the way down for Cass' party.
Ryan LOVED playing with Jayden (Ironman)!

Traveling

{October 29, 2010}
The boys and I drove to Utah to see Brooke have her Baby and for Halloween.
The boys were so good in the car!
I put movies on for them and I listened to my ipod.
We did have a little hold up in Flagstaff.
I got pulled over for speeding...
the cop told me that my registration was suspended.
He took my license plate off of my car.
He was so rude!!!
I told him "thanks for helping me out today with my two kids in the car driving for 8 hours.
He said "don't blame me for your irresponsibility.
I told him I had mailed in my proof in insurance months ago...
he didn't care.
I said "so I can't drive my car anymore?"
He said "you can, but you might get more tickets".
He told me I could go to the dmv in Flagstaff to get everything taken care.
We went to the DMV and had to wait in line forever.
The DMV got my insurance papers months and didn't take the hold off of our registration.
NICE.
Almost 2 hours later we were back on the road.
I was MAD!!!
I will be filing a complaint on that officer.
Why didn't he give me a warning?
I had never been pulled over for this before.
***
On the way back home we had more trouble in Flagstaff.
 Ryan had to pee.
I pulled off the next spot I could.
There was a  guy outside this old brown building...
he told me that they were closed.
I asked  "can my little boy go pee in the bushes"?
He started yelling at me that he doesn't come piss on my property so I couldn't on his.
I was shocked, and a little scared.
So I hurry and leave and drive over a railroad tie that I didn't see.
Then the man starts chasing after me.
I was scared to death.
We got out of there as fast as we could.
I am sure Flagstaff is like Hell!
Needless to say I won't be going through Flagstaff anymore.
***
While I was driving I also noticed that one of the prongs on my wedding ring was not even touching the diamond.
Odds of that?
***
The boys were getting a little restless by the time we crossed over the Colorado River.
I decided to stop and let the boys run around.
Don't mind there sweats and messy hair.
8 hours in the car is a long time.

I wanted to remember what I see when we drive to Utah...
my cute boys in the rear view mirror!

(I made this Halloween costume for Taycee.
She was Pebbles Flintstone.
My favorite part was the little bone clip!)

Frost Family Annual Pumpkin Carving

{October 28, 2010}
Every year Tyler's family gets together for pumpkin carving.
My boys loved playing with the older kids and running wild in the yard.
Tyler did a great job on another pumpkin and Ryan was very proud of it!
Ryder played with Brex, she was so sweet to him.

Halloween Parade

{October 28, 2010}
We dressed Ryan up as Woody.
He had a Halloween party and a parade at school.

Ryan's class made shakers and yelled
"Happy Halloween"
to all the cars that drove by.

This is Ms. Tiffany.
Ryan loves his teacher, she is so sweet to him.
(it was windy, if you couldn't tell)

Ryan still asks if they can have a parade at school just about everyday:)

Just Because

We have been playing outside a lot lately.
The boys love it and so do I!
Ryder throws rocks into the bushes all day long,
and then he cheers for himself.
Maybe because he thinks the rocks are balls?
He loves to shoot hoops right now too.
He loves basketball!!
He will sit on the couch and watch the Celtics game with Dad.
He gets mad when the commercials come on.
He points to the tv and yells until the game comes back on.
