After looking the whole house over... they finally found Hermey in the pantry drinking the syrup.
Their reaction was priceless. They thought this was SO funny!
I have had just as much fun with this as they have...
maybe more!
They boys went to Utah today.
I sent Hermey wrapped up in a towel for Grandma to hide.
I already miss them!
I know my hands are full...
but I wouldn't want it any other way.

Oh my gosh...I would have never thought of something like that with the elf drinking the syrup! I LOVE it! Hopefully you are able to get a little rest with the boys gone.
Do you do Pinterest? There are TONS of cute Elf on the Shelf ideas! you should look into it if you don't!
At my house they were PERFECT GENTLEMEN if Hermie was in visual sight... I loved this little Elf and his positive reinforcement! Hermie was so great at his job! Santa got super reports!!!
